Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the wz2 platform. By accessing or using any part of wz2, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction & Acceptance
Your agreement with wz2 — what these terms cover and how they apply to you
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wz2 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the wz2 website at wz2.im, or using any service offered through the platform — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and payment processing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wz2 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
wz2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.
Eligibility & Age Verification
Who may use wz2 and the minimum requirements for account registration
Access to the wz2 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. wz2 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21+ in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
- You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a wz2 employee or business partner in a position that creates a conflict of interest with platform operations.
- You must not have a current self-exclusion order in place on any wz2 account. Attempting to open a new account while subject to a self-exclusion period is a serious breach of these Terms.
wz2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm age and identity. Withdrawals will not be processed until age verification has been successfully completed. We may suspend or permanently close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily established.
Account Registration
Rules governing the creation and management of your wz2 account
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) wz2 account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. wz2 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all identified duplicates, retaining any balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify wz2 of any changes to your registered details, including your email address, phone number, or payment method. wz2 will not be liable for failed communications or payment errors arising from outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you as the account holder, regardless of who actually performed the action.
Account Security
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact wz2 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. wz2 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing compromised accounts, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the user failed to take appropriate precautions.
Account Verification
wz2 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a standard part of the withdrawal process. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account). Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.

One Account Per Player
Each person may hold exactly one wz2 account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions will be closed and balances forfeited pending investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk play to clear wagering — is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit and require completed KYC verification.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Use of bots, automated betting software, exploits, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited across all wz2 games and betting markets. wz2 employs real-time fraud detection and reserves the right to void wagers and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
Account Suspension & Closure
wz2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where Terms violations are suspected, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where required by applicable law. Players will be notified by email where possible.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
All players are expected to engage with the platform responsibly. wz2 provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools free of charge. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools and to contact support at [email protected] for assistance.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
How funds are managed on the wz2 platform
The wz2 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit amounts, wager values, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated and displayed in BDT. wz2 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional bank transfer options via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to account verification status. Card payments via Visa and Mastercard are accepted where available.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our AML policy.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method associated with your account. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit require additional identity verification.
- Processing time: Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad following KYC approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
- Declined transactions: wz2 is not liable for deposits declined by your payment provider. If a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Funds held in your wz2 account are maintained in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational expenses. wz2 does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are available for withdrawal at any time subject to completed KYC, applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and any active account restrictions.
Bonuses & Promotions
Terms that apply to all welcome bonuses, reload offers, and promotional rewards
wz2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, a wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
Bonus Abuse Policy
wz2 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to systematically clear wagering requirements at low risk, placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes, and using betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, wz2 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup are made available at wz2's discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for promotional offers may be restricted based on account activity, verification status, or geographic access.
Game Rules & Betting
General rules that apply across all games and sports betting markets on wz2
All casino games available on the wz2 platform — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games by Spribe — operate under the rules published by the respective game provider. wz2 is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software, though we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve player disputes.
In the event of a game or platform malfunction that renders the result of a round void or indeterminate, wz2 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings paid as a result of a software error or system malfunction are not valid and may be reclaimed by wz2 at any time.
For sports and cricket betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. Pre-match bets stand regardless of late team changes, weather delays, or other pre-game events unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market rules. Live in-play bets placed after a decisive event occurs (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal scored) but before the platform has processed that event may be voided at wz2's discretion.
Responsible Gaming & Player Protection
wz2's commitments and your rights regarding safe and responsible play
wz2 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:
- Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders — Configure automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play to prompt review of gaming activity.
- Cooling-off periods — Temporarily restrict account access for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for deposits or gameplay.
- Self-exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the wz2 platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission. Pending withdrawals will still be processed. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property
Ownership of content, branding, and platform materials
All content on the wz2 platform — including but not limited to the wz2 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and game presentation elements — is the exclusive property of wz2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wz2 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the wz2 platform or its content without prior written consent from wz2.
Limitation of Liability
The extent of wz2's legal responsibility to platform users
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wz2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
wz2 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. wz2 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the user's side, or third-party payment provider failures.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to wz2's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the wz2 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or the applicable court of competent jurisdiction.
Privacy & Data
How your personal information is handled on the wz2 platform
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by wz2 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
wz2 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. Your data is processed securely using SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
